FAQs

What should I expect during my session?

We’ll begin with a short conversation about your goals and any areas of tension or concern. You’ll have privacy to get comfortable on the table, and I’ll check in throughout the session to ensure you feel relaxed, safe, and supported.

What if I don’t see a day or time that works for my schedule?

Please contact me directly—either by email, phone call, text or through the contact box at the home page. I occasionally offer additional appointment times that may not appear on the online schedule.

Is prenatal massage safe?

Yes, prenatal massage is safe when performed by a trained therapist. I use supportive bolstering and positioning designed specifically for pregnancy to ensure comfort and safety at every stage.

Can I book if I’m in early pregnancy?

Absolutely! Massage can be beneficial throughout pregnancy. If you have any high-risk conditions or concerns, please consult your care provider before your session.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, Venmo, and card payments (credit or debit). I also accept HSA and FSA cards.

Do you accept Medicaid, State, or Personal Insurance?

Unfortunately, I do not accept any type of state or personal insurance, including Medicare and UCare.

Some insurance companies may reimburse you for massage services, but you’ll need to check with your provider directly, as I cannot bill insurance companies.

You’ll be responsible for payment at the time of your appointment by cash, card, or Venmo.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! Gift certificates are available and make a thoughtful way to share the benefits of massage with loved ones. Please reach out directly to purchase one.
